Is Makeup Battle free?
Yes. Makeup Battle is free to play on Roblox. Makeup and style items unlock with the MUA Points you earn by playing. Optional extras, like game passes and one-use abilities, can be bought with Robux.
What devices can I play on?
Makeup Battle runs in Roblox on computers, phones and tablets. The editor adapts to small screens, so you can paint with your finger on a phone.
How do I join a battle?
Tap Join Battle in the lobby. You'll be placed in the next round when it starts. A round has a theme, about 10 minutes to create, a runway photo shoot and a vote.
Why can't I use Sculpt?
Sculpt unlocks when you join the Makeup Battle Official community on Roblox and like the game. You can preview the head models before unlocking.
How does voting work? Is it fair?
Everyone rates each look from 1 to 5 stars. You can't vote for your own look, each look gets one vote per player, and unusual voting patterns (like giving every other look one star) count for less. Players who keep voting unfairly see a warning.
Can I play with my friends?
Yes. Open Rooms in the lobby and choose Join Friends to see friends who are playing Makeup Battle and join their server.
Is my look saved?
Your progress saves to your Roblox account automatically. To keep a look for later, save it to a slot in Saved looks, and load it again any time.
Troubleshooting
- The game won't open or load. Update the Roblox app, restart it, and check your internet connection. If Roblox itself is having problems, try again a little later.
- The game runs slowly on my phone. Close other apps, and lower the graphics quality in the Roblox settings menu.
- My makeup or the face didn't appear. Wait a moment for the head to load. If it still doesn't show, leave and rejoin the game.
- My progress didn't save. If Roblox's saving service is down, the game shows a notice that progress can't be saved for that session. Rejoining later fixes it.
- A purchase didn't arrive. Rejoin the game: purchases are delivered when you're in a server. If it's still missing, contact us with the item name and the time you bought it.
Report a bug
Tell us what happened so we can fix it. Helpful details:
- Your device (for example iPhone, Android tablet or Windows PC).
- What you were doing, and what went wrong.
- A screenshot or short video, if you can.

Safety & reporting players
If a look breaks the rules, use the Report button on the runway. For anything else, like chat or behavior, use Roblox's own reporting tools.
